FREEBIRD RISING is an all-star powerhouse band of musicians comprised of 3 members from The Classic Southern Rockers Band which featured founding and contributing members of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet,Blackfoot and the Outlaws.
And 3 members of the Multi –Award winning band QUICKDRAW who have toured with artists such as Charlie Daniels Band, Marshall Tucker Band, Kentucky Headhunters, Delbert McClinton, Asleep at the Wheel, Gretchen Wilson, just to name a few. FREEBIRD RISING’s musicians along with their singer, who embodies the spirit of Ronnie Van Zant, pay a tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd beyond other tribute bands not just by playing the notes, but playing the MUSIC!
